What to wear and bring
Ballooning is an outdoor adventure activity so dress accordingly.
- It is no colder up in the air than it is when you walk out of your front door, so check the temperature in the morning and dress accordingly - just wear what you are warm and comfortable in. Comfortable casual clothing is suggested and layers are a good idea as it gets warmer as the morning proceeds.
- Closed toe shoes (sneakers/joggers/walking shoes) are a good idea as we can sometimes launch or land in a cow paddock with long grass, which can be wet, or in some other strange place.
- Don’t forget your sunglasses, camera (reliable batteries) and a cap or hat if needed.
