Refunds and Cancellations

Balloon flights are weather dependant. As your comfort and safety are our primary considerations we will not fly if the weather conditions are deemed unsuitable – primarily if it is too windy or too wet. If we are weathered out we will reschedule your flight to another date that suits you. If this is not possible a full refund of any payments made will be given however Bookings made over the internet cannot be refunded, but we are happy to reschedule your flight to another date. If this is unacceptable please book via email or telephone and not via the internet. Cancellation or flight date change by you must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the flight to allow us to re-sell your place. “No-shows” on the day of the flight and late cancellations will not be refunded nor re-booked.
